That clutch arm was almost certainly damaged when fitting the engine last time. Well done with the engine - yes, it's not 'easy' but it is a d&%n sight easier than the wretched gearbox!

Two test drives completed, I think it's safe to say it is sorted.

Result, now get a refund on the poor quality clutch.
