ALTA overhead valve conversion

i have today looked at mid 30"s morris 8,fabric boat tail body,owned by a friend(HE IS THINKING OF SELLING IT--NOT MY CUP OF TEA-COULD NOT GET IN IT!!!).it has an ohv conversion plainly maked ALTA and i am old enough to remember reading about these when i was into MG TCs----is this one of a few left?.i can only find a few refs to ALTA all concerning racing cars.only ohv comment on morris minor site,hence this posting --anyone any info KEN--01952 541163--raehill@tiscali .co.uk
