When I lived in Exeter, either that car (or an identical one, can't remember the reg plate) used to drive around delivering pizzas. According to the DVLA, that car is currently taxed until May 2013.

Yes, parked outside Dominos in St Austell. It's been there for the last two years running as we usually pop in for a pizza when we are on holiday each year.
