Inside Boot lid

Post by kingzdjc »

Hi Guys,

Inside my boot lid, it appears to be bubbled the paint that is.

Outside of the boot lid is immaculate and when I tap it, it sounds solid.

Just wonder what has caused the entire inside of the panel to buuble?

Thanks

I doubt it's actually rust, the inside of the boot lid is sprayed with anti drum "paint" and then a coat of body colour on top of that.

I wouldn't worry. My fibre glass copy has a dimple effect on the inside to mimic the original!
