Has anyone got one of these for their vehicle, if so is the body number included along with the chassis number?

No, the body number records don't exist anymore. That's why Pommreg or Chris is compiling his lists.

The Heritage Certificates for both my 52 and 68 cars record the body numbers.

Phoned the heritage place today and was told records for late commercial stuff lost in a fire.
