Carb breather update and question...

Cleaned one carb, then got given another by a friend!! Wait for one bus eh?! This new ones got two holes on the side, what are they both for? One if for a breather yes? But which tube? And whats the other for?

The vertical tube is the choke cable stop, the end of the cable is secured by the small screw on the end of the cam.
The accelerator cable is clamped by the the large nut in the photo

Ah! and the right is for a breather from the rocker is it? I have a lot to learn...
