Not familiar with the contents of your kit, but the buckle fixing needs some kind of load spreading device on the underside of the transmission tunnel, if it is not already suitably re-inforced. Something like a 2"/50mm square or somewhat larger diameter round plate/washer of about 2.5-3mm thick would suit the task.The fun part is holding the bolt head inside the car while you thread a nut and spreader on the underside! I have found that the bolt head in the car can be held securish with a pair of mole grips while you start the nut etc from underneath.
