Dished pistons

There was a post a while back regarding dished pistons and compression ratios so out of interest I measured a couple of pistons. First was a 1098 piston with a 7cc dish, which can also be identified by putting a straight edge across the top and measuring at the center, it should be 1/4 inch, this piston gives a cr of 8.5.(high) The second is a 1275 piston with a 16cc dish, the measurement here should be 3/8 inch, this gives a cr of 8.(low for 1275)----- ( The 1/4'' & 3/8'' measurements were measured with a rule at a slight angle so are not precision but close enough for identification, measuring the cc of the dish is more precise)
