Hello,
We have what I thought were wolseley 1500 modified front drum brakes on our car.
I ordered some new brake cylinder seals and new shoes for the front braking system of our car.When they arrived the shoes were 37mm wide,the old ones I removed were 46mm wide.I was assured that the replacement shoes were wolseley 1500.
Any suggestions what we have here.?
The seals fitted the cylinders ok.

Riley 1500 front brakes are the same but wider I believe.

Yes - Riley brakes. Are the adjusters little squares on the back of the backplate - with snail cams on the inside?
