Bertie my '64 Pick up.

Here's Bertie as I got him just over a year ago.

He's fitted with a 1275, which has just finished it's re-build and includes a few tweaks to improve his performance. Marina discs, servo etc:[frame][/frame]

Here he is today. He's going to be a resto/custom project with the wooden bed replaced with a metal one. Currently there's no engine fitted, hence the high stance.[frame][/frame]

Hi Doug,
its andre that you bought the pick-up from. Its looking cool now. Had a chat with Dave a wee while ago. I have now got a van with a very poor body. I'm wondering if you still have the body you took off the pick-up?

Hey Andre,

Nice to hear from you. Bertie's cab is now painted and the windows are back in. Dave is currently sorting out the wiring loom. The engine re-build has been completed and the engine should be dropped in soon. I hope to be on the road in spring!

Sorry but the original bed has gone, are you going to get some pictures of yours on the forum?
