Pattern Door Channels
This may be of interest, I recently stripped out the rear doors on my series 2 to reveal that the window door channelS were beyond all hope rusted completely away I talked to the Morris Centre Bristol who informed me that they stocked a pattern replacement part to suit , this I purchased on a sale or return pending it would fit ,which it did no problem .As supplied the channel is approx 12"long the existing part is 15" long no modification was required ,both the channels on the pattern part are the same and when fitted raised and lowerered the window with no problem, I know the replacement part is shorter but they will cut to a longer length if required at cost .The 12" channel is £10 plus VAT

If so you could save a lot of Minor owners a lot of money! And Woolies are certainly not regarded as the cheapest either...

Re: Pattern Door Channels
They all look better than the standard Minor item which is all felt.
If the rubber one would fit it should keep the weather out a lot better than the standard one.

I was refering to the metal channel that the bottom of the door glass sits in and also which attaches to the door winder arm
