Early Mini motor will fit - but you may need to swap the eccentric drive gear over from the Minor motor.

The variations between the wiper motors have to do with cable travel. The gearbox on the wiper motor converts the rotation of the motor to a back and forth reciprocating motion. Different cars call for different degrees of this back and forth. Some of the units have changeable gears, while other don't (having a single worm & round gear). If your motor is dead, but the gear box is working, any of the square type motors will work. If you need the whole thing, you can change the gears to suit the car -- if you find a box that allows interchanging. Just to note, cable length varies as well from model to model.
