Cuprinol type for traveller woodwork

In many of the posts on traveller woodwork it is mentioned that Cuprinol 5* clear is used. Is this exactly the same as 'Cuprinol 5 star complete wood treatment' or is it something different? Just want to check before I buy some, as the complete wood treatment is stated to be for internal use.

I suggest you give Steve foreman at 'woodies' a call for advice , or Rob at 'traveller timbers' they are both diamonds and will advise freely on how to treat your timber for the best protection.

I used the Cuprinol 5 Complete wood treatment on my Traveller. Use several coats and allow it to sink into the wood. If prevents wet rot and any fungicidal growth. Allow it to dry in before using the final finish i.e. Danish Oil or varnish/stain of your choice.

Pay particular attention to the joints and the drain holes in the waist rail.
