advice on odd colour panels needed?

Any ideas on this? i have been restoring a traveller, i have bare metaled all the panels zinc primed, primed flattened etc, i painted them in cellulose approx 4-6 weeks ago, i had to buy some extra paint as i was running low on paint, i didn't leave it until i was empty i had about 2 litres left, and ordered another 2 litres, i wasn't convinced with the colour match as my previous shade had a tint, so i sent it back then recieved it back again and mixed it all together, and basically all the showing exterior panels would be painted with this so i thought no worries.
I painted the o/s door and wing together so i wouldn't have colour problems, and did the same with the other side.
Basically i flattened and moped my o/s door and wing the other day and the colours are different one is white the other is cream and with them fitted it does notice especially as they are right next to each other, i did mop the wing twice due to some scratches from cheap wet and dry, but i still can not explain this? i have broke threw anyway and am going to respray the wing.
I just don't understand how 2 panels sprayed at the same time with the same paint in the same manner can be a different colour? i even lightly moped the small lower lip on the wing just to see if the colour was darker, its the same as the rest of the panel, i thought i may have over cooked it but i didn't and it was constantly wet and mopped at a low speed.
I have had them in the sun here and there and in a heated room here and there i just don't understand.
I am not happy with my paint supplier who said to me ''oh we didn't make a note of the colour you had so we will try and get it as near as possible'' i bought the first batch about a week before!
I am gutted as the finish is amazing and the car will be stunning! this may be going on ebay as its driving me mad!! any help would be really appreciated as my hair is going greyer and falling out by the day!!!!
Also i am nearly out of paint!!!

What colour is it? But it's always important to mix the paint up very very thoroughly - maybe some tint was left in the base of the can. Or possibly the paint is just too thin.

its ment to be snowberry, they gave me old english with a tint i thought no more of it, i am thinking of compounding all the front panels and seeing how it ends up, and if for example one door is off i may have to just repaint that, if its all off i will have to give the whole lot another coat, i just don't understand my gun holds half a litre, i was painting them both at the same time with 20 minutes flash off, 5 coats and they are different colours.
For example my wheels are definetley a darker cream colour as are the rear panels as they where painted with my first batch but all the front was done with the same paint.

Snowberry is very 'white' - Old English is much more creamy - and there are two versions of it.

well the suppliers have surprised me, i called them today and indirectly pointed the finger at them they are going to collect one of my perfect panels, match it up again, and sell me 5 litres of paint plus thinners for £60 (half price), so i should have more than enough to get it all matching perfect, i am going to get someone professional to paint it this car needs to be A1, gutting flatting perfectly good paint but i have no choice!

Good result and excellent service from the supplier! That extra flatting step might (at least slightly) improve the final finish too!

It better, or suicide may be the next option!!!!!, only joking, but the finish at the moment is amazing honestly if a pro sprayer puts paint on top of it, it should be perfect!
