Good reasoning on the stabilised supply. And no - proper oil pressure gauge only.

Hello Autolycus,
earlu Jaguars used an electrical oil pressure gauge, but were not known for their accuracy? Not sure what sort of transducer they used but possibly similar to a strain gauge?
