Hi,
Sorry posted this in the wrong section first time.
Is it straightforward to add a 1275 midget engine to a 1098 gearbox?

It is a straight swap, the gearbox cases are identical apart from the reversing light switch on the Midget box. The only thing that needs modifying is the manual clutch linkage to operate the diaphram clutch. Do a search for instructions.

Are you SURE it's a Spridget engine? Not quite so easy if it's a Marina/Ital engine........but still do-able of course.
