Morris Minor 1000 Rally Car

Hi there,

I'm on the quest for information about minors that have been rallied - particularly historically i.e. 60's and 70's

I'm building mine up (1970 2 door) and have a single 40dcoe weber fitted with a LCB manifold as well.

Does anyone out there know of or have any documention, recollection etc. of a minor rallying with a weber fitted.

I know they were available (mines off a '66 Alfa Guilia) and many different combinations were used but precious little was documented.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Welcome to the forum - although i'm sure we have corresponded before..... It's not the best carb for the engine - what engine size do you have, what other work has been done to it - - and what chokes are in the carb ?
