squeaky front suspension
my car has got squeaky front suspension as it trundles along. Makes it sound like an old bus. Could this be torsion bar bushes ? Tricia

Re: squeaky front suspension
Welcome to the Forum! Has the car been greased in living memory? The T bar doesn't have bushes - the lower suspension arm does, as does the top link where it meets the arm from the damper - and unless they have been replaced with polyurethane bushes they are indeed likely to be worn out. But the noise is likely to be coming from worn out trunnions - and worryingly the lower ones can 'pull out' if badly worn. Also worth checking is the front damper securing bolts are nice and snug. Best have the suspension checked over urgently I think......
