Hi Guys.
Does anyone know where i can buy a period fuel locking cap to fit my traveller??
I have seen them on e-bay but £30 seems a bit pricey for a petrol cap.

Try Tom Roy: http://www.tomroy.co.uk/parts.php
Or Moss: http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/MM.aspx
I take it you didn't go to the National Rally as there were quite a few for sale there!

Re: period fuel locking cap
contacted Moss this morning, they only do the black plastic ones.
Didnt go to National rally.
I did go to the Classic car show at Tatton park a couple of weeks ago, got a set off wing mirrors i was looking for from Autojumble but sadly no fuel cap.
Would use the non-locking type but as far as i am aware you have to have a locking cap if you dont have a locking flap for the M.O.T, regs.
Better to have a locking cap these days anyway.

Re: period fuel locking cap
No MOT requirement for the fuel flap or cap to lock it is purely a security device to protect your fuel. The cap must have a seal on though to prevent spill when cornering or in the event of a roll over accident.....
