Hi John,
did not have any contact details so hope you catch this thread.
Spotted these on ebay, would be ideal for the dual controls you were considering for the school of motoring morris, currently going cheap with low postage cost, only one day left. Follow this link

Hi BMC,
They are not, chap I met at the SE Wales rally adds a retro roof sign to give the impression his morris is an old school of motoring car (looks good and attracts a lot of interest), when chatting he told me that people are always looking in the car to see if it has dual controls, his idea was to rig up a mock set that he could fix in for shows, rallies etc.
