Hi, in the process of prepping my car for a re-spray and after taking off the bonnet beading from either side my son enthusiasticaly offered his assistance!
After spending quite some time rubbing them down he pushed a little too hard against them and the RH side broke clean in half!!! Opps! After many apologies from him and me telling him everything will be fine and accidents happen my question is this.
Can i repair the beading or does anyone know where i can get hold of one?
Any help in this matter would be much appreciated
James

Re: Bonnet Beading
If you mean the aluminium trims that clip to the side of the bonnet I have a spare pair.

Re: Bonnet Beading
failing that, i believe they're remanufactured in pressed steel. but i have had no experience of them.
