The problem is that all 3 doors seem to have a curve at the bottom of the door where the door lines up against the sill filler piece that bolts to the sill. It almost looks like the doors have bent out at the rear edge after years of rubber seals pushing them outwards at the rear edge, if you see what I mean. Can anyone with a nice car have a look at theirs and maybe hold a long straight edge against the door bottom to see if theirs kicks out or is straight? My little sill panels are quite knackered and of little use in taking dimensions.
Also, these old 1949 doors are quite a bit different to the later 1965 door that I had in the shed. Holes in different places, no tack gas welds, no flat area for door glass rubber strips to clip to etc.
