Score Card ?
Having just bought a 1960 Traveller which has only done 61000 miles in the hands of one owner I am considering (against my natural instincts) to go concours. Having never ventured, or been even remotely interested in this area before I need to know scoring systems and what gains / looses points etc. Is there a handbook or a guide somewhere that I can review?

Despite all of my protests, it appears that the rules, built up over a number of years, are now to be scrapped, and a new set produced.
It is my opinion, as expressed previously here and to the committee, that unfortunately this will reduce the creditability of MMOC Concours.
So to answer your question, I am afraid that those that I have are no longer of any use. Sorry.

I'm told that the latest guidelines were agreed between people taking part and judging.
I've not seen the old or the new rules, but wish all concours entrants well - I love seeing their cars at shows.

Oct 06: back from Dresden with my Trabant 601 Kombi
Jan 07: back from a month thru North Africa (via Timbuktu) in a S3 Landy
June 07 - back from Zwickau Trabi Treffen
Aug 07 & Aug 08 - back from the Lands End to Orkney in 71 pickup
Sept 2010 - finally gave up breaking down in a SII Landy...
where to break down next?
2013... managed to seize my 1275 just by driving it round the block

My only concern is over the lowering of standards. Concours should mean something. If everyone can achieve it without any real effort, what's the point? Shiny does not make a concours car.

Re: Score Card ?
Indeed shinny doesn't necessarily mean Concours. Thats why anyone wishing to check out this theory should either come along with their car, dont be afraid, the latest Concours Judges are just like you and me, they must be, one of them is a women, or visit an event where there is MMOC Concours Judging taking place. (see the latest edition of Minor Matters for this years Concours event dates). Last year, for the first time, I had an encounter with the New Concours Chief Judge and found him to be very knowledgeable and user friendly, despite living on the wrong side of the M25.
