connecting cig socket

Hi. There's a hole to pass the wire through to engine bay. What do I connect each wire to. The electric box with the spades running to it? If spades not available can I fit one to two spade splitters? What colour spades shall I fit on cigarette socket? Should there be a red and a ground from the cigarette socket. Can the ground fit anywhere to chassis or is there a good place for it? Hmm shall I fit a fuse from the live spade to the cig socket how many amps fuse? Lastly I want to plug in a solar panel maintainer it plugs into cog socket how does it charge the battery or will this not work? Thanks!

Yes - use a fuse of say 10 amps. Be sure to put a rubber grommet around the feed wire where it passes through the bulkhead. Earth to any metal part. Connect to fuse box - where the purple wire connects. Yes - the solar charger will work well IF you use the purple wire connection.
