would say not as the halfords one you have chosen says
"is a 12V 98W hazard warning flasher unit."

I think it will work just fine - it's MAX 98 watt - but being 'electronic' it will work with 42 watt.

The correct flasher unit for a Minor with orange indicators is a 2x21W unit. The Halfords unit will probably power the trailer indicators as well
