63 Traveller advise..

Post by joff »

Hiya,
I have recently bought a 63' Traveller, it has been customised a bit but I would prefer it to be more original. So could anyone tell me if a 63' has a 3 or 2 spoke steering wheel?
Also hubcaps, should it have plain or with the 'M' logo on? It has a chrome gear knob as well, should this be a ball or the tear drop shape with the gear pattern on?

Many thanks for your advise.

Wow thanks for the swift response, much appreciated.

Do the 'M' hubcaps come in different sizes as well?

Cheers, Joff

My 63 traveller has the ball type gearknob ( listed as pt no. ACA5205)

I think it was about 63 that it changed to the pear shape at car no. 1083415
