FIAT TWIN CAM

Hi all, Im thinking of getting a van or pick up. The fiat twin cam seems to be popular. is this engine any good. Is it better/as good as say an 1800 marina. I want to buy a complete vehicle. Any advice info please

And a much more common conversion. Just a warning i hear parts availability is getting worse and rebuild costs aren't always cheap, but a good engine, from my little experience with others cars.
