late sixties traveller restoration

I am restoring a traveller. The colour is to be maroon. What colour should the interior be i.e. seats ,door cards, carpets, roof lining.

Maroon looks great with the wood, I don't think it was ever a standard colour, so what colour is the interior you have now?

Maroon B was a standard colour and came with red seats and carpets, i think its my favourite colour 8)

I like Maroon B too :D Some exported cars had different coloured interiors but a standard Maroon B car would have had cherokee red seats and door cards, red carpet and a beige fleck headlining. The exterior would have a snowberry white grille, gold coachline and silver wheels.

Maroon B is a great colour.

It can be a lot of work to keep up though. THe sun washes it out something terrible....

Here are the morris colours for June 66 it includes Maroon B and confirms Cherokee red.
