Mini documentary about a Morris Minor restoration garage.

Post by aajbutler »

Hi,

Please take a look at the Morris Minor mini documentary that myself and a friend filmed last week.

http://www.vimeo.com/16323124

The garage in the film is the Morris Minor Millennium Company in South Manchester.

Hope you enjoy it!

Excellent work dude! Really great video and love the interesting shots i.e.the wing mirror showing the side of the bonnet etc. The red Moggy looks awesome. Is it a Fiat/Lancia twin cam? It has some really nice little custom touches on it. Great work to you and the company.

Very nicely done....that garage really does look as if it's stuck in a time-warp.

It's astonishing what can now be done with an entry-level digital SLR.

Loved the video. Great production value. Makes me want to visit the shop, but I am in the US. What was used as a grille on the red Morris?

Cracking video!
Great understanding of depth of field and how to use it, nice unobtrusive music and a really good subject. Several thumbs up!

Hi guys,

Glad you like the video. Unfortunately I'm not the man to ask regarding the twin cam/grille questions as my technical knowledge about the cars is somewhat lacking!

Great clip, well shot. Had heard of this company but did not know too much about them.

Cheers,

Paul.

Very good company as far as I am concerned.

I got my Traveller from them last April & it has won prizes at every event where there has been judging going on.

Just after we bought it, they had along waiting list for cars.
Don't know what the situation is at the moment though.

Compliments on the video!

In response to the question as to whether I drive a Morris Minor myself, unfortunately I don't. I think they're beautiful cars and was interested in what goes on in the garage just down the road from me.
