BOOT LID AGAIN
I know this has been covered plenty of times but, boot lids. Is it just luck of the draw. Having been to a lot of shows there are many cars who's boot lid fits nice and flush with the wings and a small gap all around. There are others that, like mine sit proud with a bigger gap. This is even with the rubber off. So my question is, can you make a bad fitting one fit with so well applied weights or do I just keep buying lids till one fits

Re: BOOT LID AGAIN
There is a little bit of adjustment in the hinges and the lock and you can try different thicknesses of boot sealing rubber either mounted on the boot lid or the lip of the surround

Thanks for the reply. Tried all that. It looks more like the radias doesn't match the car. I just wondered if anyone on hear has put a number of cars together, have to mix and match to fit. It just looks like the boot is open when you look at it

Mines like that! Fits at the top and bottom but in the middle on both sides you can nearly get your fingers through the gap
