fitting new lip seal window brushes

Hi
Can anyone give me some advice re fitting new lip seal window brushes please?
The old ones came out easy enough but it looks as though I will need to take the window glass out in order to fit the new ones in order to house the clips.
If that is the case can someone please tell me how easy/difficult this will be?

You help will , as ever be gratefully appreciated.

It is done with the windows in place, fit the clips 1st into new felt brush and using long nosed pliers to hold felt brush ease each clip into place down the side of the (open) window , it's a bit fiddly but can be done just ensure you push the clips firmly home a stiff flat blade is useful for this (blunt wood chisel) .

If you remove the door card, you can see the felt cushion that stops the window on the way down. Remove the pad and you can drop the glass by another 1/4 inch on the winder, and it makes all the difference. The pad sticks back afterwards with a blob of Evostick or similar.

I think that they look tidier upside down with the stainless strip at the top.
