hi all
can any one out there help me im starting to restore an traviller d reg and the wood seems to be o.k in places but what i like to do is replace it but this is an big but i have made by hand the inner wings for my saloon and now repaired the roof (got damaged big time in garage ) by an heat gun and dollys for panle beting
so you can see i want to make all the bits needed for the traviller to say i made that by hand but theres an problem making the wood i can get alot of wood( ash timbers ) but i have no plans so has any one out there got any blue prints thay could email me or know were i can get them .thanks alot

If the wood is ok, you could use the existing piece to make a pattern, but that's going to be tricky and as Ash is a hardwood, it may be difficult to work - especially when you need to bend it into shape for the curved timbers.

There is a company based in S.Wales (St Clears, I believe) who do the wood for Travellers. I think they're called 'Woodies', but that may be another company. They may be willing to supply plans, but it would be a whole lot easier to buy off-the-shelf replacements that you could fit.

Whoops Gareth thats Steve Foremans company in Chichester.
But you are right about there being a supplier in Wales and there is another in Hull.
