Mikey why do you need a remote resevoir, are you running with disc brakes? If you do go down this route buy a kit from a supplier as it has the non vented Mcyl cap, pipe, resevoir and the required adaptor, which screws into the back of the MCyl which is much easier than making it up yourself.

Hi Jeff, i just got fed up moving the seat and carpet and undoing the filler cap to see the level, i have made the end cap fitting and i could block the vent in the filler cap, i just need to know how best to route the pipe from the m/c to the engine bay, best regards Mikey.

If you have drum brakes the fluid in the resevoir won't really move so unless you have a fluid leak then it is unlikely to need topping up but still check it once a month. If you have a leak then the pedal will feel spongey and you will tell the difference very quickly.
I routed the pipe for mine out of the engine bay following the wiring loom and and followed the chassis leg drilling a hole (Put a grommet in the hole) in the Chassis to pass the pipe through and connecting to the Mcyl. Make sure you avoid the clutch pedal mechanism and don't let it hang too close to the ground.

Seems a whole lot of trouble to me.......... I don't see why you would need to move the seat - I just flip back the carpet and there it is - takes all of 2 minutes to check the level.
