does anyone know the timing marks on a morris 1300 ie 5 or 10 deg btdc

No - but it doesn't matter - because any original 'timing' suggestion was for leaded fuel which we don't have any more! Just advance it till you get slight pinking (in top gear) - then back off ever so slightly.......... Job done.
