any one have any info on how to wire up a unit
so you can remote start your car

just asking if any one has done this ????

well not quite , i would not want to start me pickup and i wasent in it as you never know what scum bag would jump in and speed off with it ............not get far as it is kept in the garage .

but lets say key less /remote start .
any one got any ideas..... 8)

It might work if you car will start without choke I suppose.

thanks for the info .....

got a kit from maplin s fitted it tonight and it works :lol:
bit on the freaky side standing next to the truck and pushing a button
and the engine starts :wink: :wink:

will be working on the new dash over the next week

Hi mark,
Get yourself an iPhone!! They'll be an app on it to remote start
your Morris :D :D or get someone else to start it for you while
your getting your cup of tea in the morning :wink:

I like to crank mine on the starter to initate oil pressure before turning on the ignition - sad or what!

well i have a note of the frequency the sender is so if i can find an app for that..........
i will start it with my i phone ..
how cool will that be just phone up the car in the morning and have it sitting running
nice and warm :wink:

Better still wire your car up with bluetooth, so that it automatically STOPS whenever you go out of range ;)

Not at all. Often do that myself... You have to fool a modern car or a diesel to achieve this. Diesel not so difficult to trick. Keep the fuel cut-off!
