rattle

i have a rattle coming from the general pedal area of the car. it happens at what ever speed and no matter how much i try to find it, it still rattles.

their is nothing in that area that rattles, so i am at a loss

Bonnet catch release rod ?

Check the torsion bar is not contacting the master cylinder bolts. Could it be loose/ unclipped brake pipes, check that all of the gearbox cover screws are tight and the lever arm bolts are done up tightly
