Torsion bars

Just about to reassemble the torsion bars on my pickup but how do i know which spline to put the leg on?
at what angle?

Im confused.

Its not a question of which spline. Quite well described in the workshop manual K2 and K3

It is a bit 'hit or miss' - but don't worry, it's then very easy to move it round a spline or two till you get the height right. I used to do it at the start of Rallies - if the 'word' was that rough roads were being used that night!
