im curious to find out who was the first owner of Megan, my Moggy. she was first registered on 4th June 1960, is there any way i can find this out? ive looked on the DVLA website but havent found anything as yet.

I believe you can pay them a fee - to get the complete history of your car.

yes its a form v88 from the dvla, u can download it from their site and it costs a fiver

It is, for £5 you get all previous owners information... You can follow the cars journey around the country if it has had several owners. I've just found an old lady that bought my car in 1960, it was given to her as a present for her first car. She new the woman who owned it from new too... but she past on many many years ago.
