Probably not available new but keep a lookout for a 2nd hand kit. Or find someone handy with a welding torch. Electrics are a simple DIY

Make sure it doesn't just bolt on to the bumper mounting pins! A good towbar needs to run forward at each side - and bolt through the 'chassis' legs there. Ask them for a picture/drawing/sketch. And of course - the rear floor of the car will need to be in tip top condition!

And any towbar that's fitted is now part of the MoT test. This brings in areas of bodywork that were previously not part of the MoT

" Any deliberate modification, excessive corrosion, damage, fracture or inadequate repair of a load bearing structure or supporting panelling within 30cm of the towbar mountings, which affects its strength to the extent that the security of attachment of the towbar is significantly reduced."

This could cause some interestingly anomalous situations - add some extra bracing from the towbar to the the boot floor, say, and if there's corrosion within a foot of where it's attached - Fail. Don't fit the bracing: Pass.

mine fits on teh bumper arms i have fitted and made 2 struts coming from the damper top area and that passes mots as well as can tow a 25 foot caravan (i would not take it on the road as will get pulled but can tow it )

And - the elctrics couldn't be easier, although you 'should' fit a special relay to operate the flashers, many just patch them in to the car system. Note if you have a rear fog warning light on the car - then you need one on the trailer too!
