weather around the country

i am travelling up to cunbria from sussex via m25, m40, m6

any one living around these areas , whats the weather u have now

M6 / M40 around the Midlands is clear at the moment - raining right now but they are forecasting freezing fog overnight....

The fog has started in Warwickshire (M40), but not so bad yet - probably because the rain has been keeping it at bay.

Don't know if you'll get this before you leave, but weather in Cockermouth is sunny,blue sky, frosty, but roads generally ok around here. Some of the minor roads were icy yesterday, probably still the case today. Good journey.

Went for a bike ride this morning. This is what it was like in South Powys (First white Christmas in years...well unless you count the highest summits).
