I couldn't get multicar policies with FJ that covered the Minors and the Trabi 'because they're too different' and/or because the trabi is 80's.
Well done for getting a Minor and a 94 car on the same policy. I guess they class a Minor and a Mini as 'similar' !?

WOW.... sounds like it's their normal pricing. I had to ask the lady, £100 each, she said no for both. She said they both come under their classic car and second car policy rules. I was gobsmacked
Not sure Ray why they allowed the Mini and Minor on the one policy. The mini just came in as 15 years old (cars must be 15 years and older)... at 15 and 1 month. So qualified that way for classic status. Perhaps it's because parts for both are so readily available?

Why did they try charging me £191 for my two Minors? When I questioned it with a quote from another company they reduced it to £150. To be fair the quote was in line with last year's AON quote who had obviously been over charging me. I have never claimed on the policy.
Insurance is always a mystery to me. One of my Travellers has a 1275 in it which did not increase the premium at all and the premium came down after I added the "new" Traveller (worth more) and taking off the "old" saloon !!!!
