I noticed a favourable mention for Charles Ware's in the article (whilst skim reading it in the newsagent - £2.60 was a bit steep) - did they sponsor the piece I wonder?

I too have just got issue 2 (as a freeby from an email offer I think). If you follow the publishing world, its Kelsey Publishings replacement for Classic Car Weekly as that title has been reclaimed by Emap (or Baur Media). Apparently Kelsey had it on licence from Emap. Anyway seems fair enough that they'd want to replace it with something. Not seen it in the newsagents yet and hadn't tried to get issue 1 yet. Direct email to Kelsey perhaps?
It was noticable that the reccomended specialists in the Minor article were all the ones who advertised on the preceding page (bar one) which makes a certain amount of sense, if not an unbiased reccomendation. I mean, if you'd paid for a 1/4 page ad and the article suggested that folk used your competitor who didn't advertise you may feel a bit miffed perhaps...
