Heated Rear Windscreen
Hi all, has anybody found an easier alternative rear screen heater than changing the screen to one of the aftermarket heated screens. Also has anybody tried to fit an alternative indicator contol switch/dip switch combo on the steering column. My good lady seems to have difficulty in locating the floor mounted dip switch
Thanks Rich<br>

I've tried stick on window demisters and some work quite well whereas others have fallen off!!! However, all the stick on ones I've seen have quite thick wires so not very easy to look through.
Combination indicator / dip switch conversion is available here....

funny this iv just bought a stick on rear heated screen kit and its fantastic realy thin wires just like a normal heated screen, plus iv just fitted a mk2 mini indicator stalk alot better
luckerly i had a speedo from a minor that as the indicator light in the speedo if you havent one you can always fit a seperate green light + you have to extend the high low beam wires to the stalk

the one i bought as the same conections as the minor [bullets] all the wires are the same colours, you only have to extend the dip/main beam wires upto the mini stalk, and those wires are the same colours also.
there is also a purple wire that needs a constent live for the headlight flash or as iv done wired that to the ignition so the flash only works with the ignition on.
now iv got to mess around with the mini steering coloum surround so i can cover the stalk and make it look presentable
