Not really, it's a push fan not pull like the Minor fan.

No - blows both ways - it's no use on a Minor! Can't imagine why you need more cooling - but simplest way is to fit another single blade - crossed at right angles to the one you have - or - the six blade fan from a Spridget or a Marina.
