yip it is getting torn to bits an a new back put on for 2010

pictures are of the strip down started it on saturday
going well only changed the design 3 times so far

last pic of the way it was.

back off.

bumper off never liked that bit of the truck .

the back bed soon to be reborn in to a trailer .

The missing rear fender is lying at the roadside - on Embra City bypass - somewhere around Ikea! I'm just lucky it's not impaled in my head after it flew off right in front of me !

You will need to sleeve the joints on the bumper, me thinks. Are you keeping the hinged back?

there is a hefty bracket fixing the bumper to the chassie just behind the toe ball so all if well
as for the tilt i think it will in some form as there is alot of storage under the pickup bed that i can use .
working on it this weekend so more pics up soon ...

i remember why i do what i do .
and love it .
modifying morris minors
for every problem there is an other problem
you think you have a good idea then it causes a problem
that you have to work out , fix that one and then it causes an
other problem and you have to fix that ,then you have a better
idea and re do all the work you had just done .

worked all saturday on the truck only to redo most of it today
not happy with the pickup bed .
think we are on mod. no 7 and it will all have to come off
as the ply was cut and now i want it bigger so new sheet
required .
think it is getting there some pics
had it tilting all ways but still come back to the side tilt
tilting way more than the last time
spare wheel sorted

well all most .....

still working on it .....
bumper sorted ....

more done to the truck ..at the weekend
not nearly finished but taking shape

rear lights to do and position for no. plate still to find and a few wee bits
more next week .......

just took the truck out the garage today gave it a wee wash
then it froze up but got some pics then put it back in the garage
did not want to risk taking it out with the roads still as bad , dought i woud have got it out my street anyway.

will get it out a run next year...

100 mph standing still......

Well done with the truck it looks superb. Those rear lights are very neat and are those rear guards new slim line jobs? Is this the finished article or are there more plans? Did you get the starter on ok? All the best Andy
