approx cost of tuning twin su hs2's

Post by ssnjimb »

Hello

Midget is going to the garage on tuesday to get the twin su hs2's tuned.

They are not set correctly ie idle and mixture.

does anyone know the approx cost for a retune.

The ignition also needs retuning

Are you sure that the garage mechanic can remember how to tune carbs, after all it is a few years since cars went over to fuel injection.

Rates vary. Why not just ask for a quote from the garage that you're taking it to?

Crikey - it's only a 10 minute job! A Fiver in his hand should do it ! I'm amazed you aren't doing this job yourself - it's SO easy!
