A Pick-Up can be different lengths dependant upon the size you want to make the rear section. They all seem to be different (I'm talking about the ones with the wooded sides - not the metal sided ones).
not to good on the comp,so alls i can give you is the number its under on ebay(#290343616583),its comes up under morris in the search.i am after a modified pick up so its looks ok ish,let me no if alarm bells start ringing cherrs again simon
Hmmm - it's very non-standard - maybe a Traveller conversion ? Says Traveller rear arches. The rear lights are ghastly - the paintwork seems to be several different shades (but that may just be camera angle etc) . The bonnet shows where the side strips have been removed - and it has an Austin grille, but has Morris 1000 badges (and crest) on the bonnet - which LCVs don't! There are no underneath shots -which is worrying.
I say - gang warily!
all depends on what it goes for aswell imgoing to have a look friday after work to see ,i no it needs work and changes ie the back lights, dont even think they would go in the free section on this site, ive got a budget im itching to buy but will not rush"t will be in are garage saturday now my wife say"cheers
Don't be blinded by the very shiny paint.
You need to know what is underneath. Both the paint job and the car.
It might be worth taking a tape covered magnet to check for the presence of metal.
I've seen a 'pon artist recreate the rotten rear corner of a van with filler.
Looked great while t it lasted .
doubt if its a converted traveller as it has pick up doors
take a small hammer and tap the chassis if it sonds mettelic and rings then prob ok, if you find a dull sound then could be rotten, try quite a few places with the hammer
I'm inclined to think it's saying ' don't come round if you're not going to buy it'
Similar to 'no time wasters' I think this is a rather arrogant way to word an ad. Sorry, a bit off subject!
