I do wonder how it is that the MMOC is so worried about copyright law.
In the real world, most copyright prosecutions are aimed at people making a profit from the infringment - for example if you were selling copies of the Zeus PDF on eBay, or burning copies of the latest movie & knocking them out at a car boot.
In adittion to this fine point there is also the point about the process of being informed of a copyright infringment - you will be notified by email or letter and given a period to remove the infringing material.
It's only after failling/refusing to remove the infringing material that you would be prosecuted, and given the T&C's the MMOC wouldnt even be liable for the infringment, only the person posting would.
Hey ho, I guess you'll keep applying these rules despite what I believe, it's up to you I suppose, but you do look a bit silly.

My hard copy cost me £5.
On the subject of Bolts anyone know what a 1992 Mini (proper one) engine should be? Metric or AF spanners?
Had a quick look at my Brother in laws at the weekend but all the bolts seemed to be those 'could be either sizes' you know the ones 1/2"-13mm 5/8"-16mm or 11mm - 7/16"

Thought it was just me!! We aren't talking about the sort of scale which would have any commercial impact. Having said that, £5 for the real thing sounds a good price for lawfulness.alainmoran wrote:I do wonder how it is that the MMOC is so worried about copyright law.

I'm glad my conscience is clear and I've never loaded a copy of windows on my computer
