Post by mike.perry »

As it is coming towards a general election can we have a party politics topic?

May 2010 - hardly coming towards.

I think the t&c's contain a no politics clause...

What a pity :(, it is really curbing free speech and I like to think the posters on this board are grown up enough to have a good discussion and remain friends. :D

May be the message board should have more independent mind

Incidentally, I would point out that I am pretty passionate about policital issues but choose not to voice them here as this is not the place for it (not just because of t&c's)

Yeah that opens a big can of worms (I won't tell you what party I mean).

Yes, very amusing Mike

I will lock this thread to prevent further comments. As stated before, this site is not the place for political debate. If anyone objects they are welcome to voice their views by pm. I would rather people were adult about this and contacted me directly, as requested in the Road Tax thread, rather than open more posts about this topic. I appreciate that some posters like nothing more than to try to wind up the moderators and keep us busy but we are doing our utmost to keep this board up and running so we can do without people starting up a new thread with the sole purpose of 'winding people up'. This is a nice, friendly, helpful board so lets keep it that way please.
