So, we've decided to go with fibreglass wings. They won't rot on me, and with uni, i probably won't have much time to spend on my poor car, other than the routine checkups and such.
I've been searching the internet for some decently priced fibreglass wings, and I was wondering if you guys knew anywhere that does them?
On a side-note, I had an inspection of my back wings today... completely rotted through on the left, almost there on the right. I wanted to pull them off there and then to prevent any further rot getting to my poor car. That wouldn't have helped at all though, as it would have left parts exposed to the rain. Sad, sad day. IT CAN BE FIXED THOUGH. I am determined to get her perfectly rot free!

Hmm, the rear fibre wings I tried must have come from someone else then (bought 2nd hand) since I gave up trying to fit the chuffers and bought some steel ones instead ;D
If people have had good experiences with johnathon's fibre rear wings then they would seem like the ones to get ... my experience with rear fibre wings left a LOT to be desired, although that could be down to the way that the inner-wings have been re-attached to the bodyshell ... jonathon seems like a nice chap tho, so I dare say if you cant get them to fit he might take them back and swap them for steel ones (paying the price difference - obviously)
